Please note that all meal plans and training programs are non-refundable once the plan has been received. This is because our plans are customized and personalized to each individual’s needs, and the time and effort put into creating these plans cannot be refunded.

However, if you find that we are not a good fit for you or your needs, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your plan. We understand that not every program or plan works for everyone, and we want to ensure that our clients are happy with their experience with us. In this case, we will review your situation and determine if a refund is warranted.

If we do determine that a refund is necessary, we will process the refund ourselves, and you can expect to see the refunded amount back in your account within 7-10 business days.
